Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and document detailed functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future state business processes.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and professional user stories, use cases, and requirement specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable language.
- Reporting: Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for eager learners and recent graduates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus but not mandatory.
