Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document processes
- Create detailed process flows and system documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support agile sprints and sprint planning ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries preferred
