Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for real-time reporting
- Facilitate workshops to prioritize product features and resolve conflicts
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
