Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support implementation of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations and data security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in government contracting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
