Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure they meet quality standards before deployment.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing requirements through the entire project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce) is highly preferred.
