Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and facilitating the development of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Create user stories, process maps, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of business requests.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
