Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze current business workflows and design innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis to evaluate system performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
