Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements specifications (SRS) documents.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions against requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, KPIs, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
