- Documentation: Create detailed specifications, user stories, and system requirements documents using industry-standard tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
