- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables

- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints
- Track KPIs and measure project success metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus
