Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Validate final solutions to ensure they meet defined business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
