Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering and Analyzing Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support Documentation: Create user stories, process maps (flowcharts), and system documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Conduct Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and SQL to analyze data sets, identify trends, and support decision-making for our product teams.
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies: actively engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research industry best practices to suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for graduates or those with internship experience in a business or tech environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
