Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements and functional needs.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Documentation & Modeling: Create clear, concise documentation including User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, and detailed Process Flowcharts (UML, BPMN).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and delivering updates on progress.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to analyze data sets, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Agile Support: Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros). Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing tools is highly desirable.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data and concepts to non-technical audiences.
