Responsibilities
- Requirements Engineering: Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process, conducting interviews and workshops to elicit needs from business stakeholders.
- Process Analysis: Map current state business processes and design future state blueprints to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and User Stories.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate clear communication between non-technical business units and technical development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze business data and metrics to validate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Agile Coordination: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Development Sprints, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel functions. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience working within a Scrum framework is essential.
- Tools: Proficient in documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Confluence, and project management tools like Jira.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems and driving process improvements.
