Role Overview
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and development teams. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to ensure our software solutions perfectly align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Design and maintain detailed business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize system functionality.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and sprint planning meetings to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for business issues and recommend process improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
