Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and project goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Create detailed process flows, use cases, and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Monitor project progress and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support the post-implementation rollout of new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
