Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications using Visio and JIRA.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and reporting needs.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
