Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
