Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive process flows, use cases, and wireframes to guide system development.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and business units.
- Perform gap analysis between current state operations and future system capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to project sponsors and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Tableau).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management life cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
