Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Design and facilitate process flows, wireframes, and UAT testing scenarios.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to generate actionable business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
