Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements using UML, flowcharts, and use cases.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Support the testing and quality assurance phases by creating test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
