Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Design and document comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using Visio or similar tools.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business units and the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain detailed requirement specifications and traceability matrices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time.
