Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Translate complex business problems into functional technical specifications and process maps.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including UI/UX wireframes, data dictionaries, and test plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and validate features during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
