Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Create comprehensive process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT development teams.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
