Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case diagrams.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the liaison between technical development teams and business units, ensuring a mutual understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to support decision-making, generate reports, and measure the success of implemented solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is highly preferred.
