Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure new software solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
