Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use cases using UML and BPMN standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams (IT) and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements.
- Agile Support: Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
