Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
- Develop clear documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and implementation guides
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Present findings to senior leadership through visual dashboards and reports
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
