Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with IT, finance, and executive teams to align on priorities
- Create detailed BRDs, user stories, and process documentation for Agile/Scrum environments
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of analytical solutions
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Strong experience with process mapping (Visio/BPMN) and requirements gathering
- Demonstrated success in translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
