Responsibilities
- Assist in Business Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Requirement Gathering: Participate in meetings and interviews to collect and document business requirements accurately.
- Data Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and requirement specifications documents.
- Support Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data sets to support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Project Support: Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and provide status updates to the project management team.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
