Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and use case documentation to visualize system improvements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization using SQL and Excel.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and non-technical business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and Functional Specifications.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure delivered features meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
