Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and workshops to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes using industry-standard modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights, creating reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.
- System Implementation: Act as the primary liaison between the technical development team and business units during software implementation and Agile sprint cycles.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is strongly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within fast-paced development environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex business problems effectively.
