Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to evaluate project performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, wireframes, and system documentation to guide development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate that solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
