Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models, KPI dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Generate comprehensive business intelligence reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience documenting complex systems using UML/BPMN
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
