- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements during off-peak hours
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and test cases
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across time zones during night shift hours
- Support UAT testing and issue resolution for critical system updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
