Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, and JIRA
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across global teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Validate system changes through UAT and coordinate deployment activities
- Generate comprehensive business cases with ROI analysis for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis with night shift or rotational schedule background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA highly valued
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
