Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across development, design, and QA disciplines
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track KPIs using JIRA and Microsoft Project, maintaining real-time dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with C-level executives and external clients
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative analysis
- Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid delivery models
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and teams of 10+
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Portfolio of successful complex project implementations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven contract roles
