Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and design comprehensive process maps and flowcharts.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses between current business processes and target states to recommend solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Project Support: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and delivery of software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and requirements management software (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex business issues.
