Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive requirement analysis to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed business process maps and workflow documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical developers and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile development cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
