Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Design data models and create compelling visualizations using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver projects on tight deadlines
- Develop process improvement strategies and ROI analysis for new initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in FinTech or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly valued
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
