Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows (BPMN) for development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track project metrics and business performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
