Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status reports and meetings
- Manage vendor relationships and contract deliverables
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Local El Paso residency required for in-person collaboration
