Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive consensus on project deliverables
- Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
