Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows using UML and BPMN.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future state solutions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and act as the primary point of contact for technical teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
