Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Support system implementation and integration projects with Agile methodologies
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with healthcare or gaming industry preferred
