Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for fintech solutions
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track project success
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems during night shift operations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple enterprise systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) preferred
