Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL/Excel
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and implementation support
- Document system changes and provide training to end-users
- Monitor KPIs and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a night shift or hybrid environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
