Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities across multiple departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical solutions into business value
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on project objectives and deliverables
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in reporting systems
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in process mapping and requirements documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
