Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements for system enhancements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in overnight reporting systems
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through concise executive summaries
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new features during night shift windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in data-driven environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for overnight stakeholder coordination
- Experience documenting requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CT) with reliable transportation
