Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure accurate solution design.
- Translate complex business needs into technical requirements for the development team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QA, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand new processes and system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is a plus.
